Neighbour Day – you, me, outside now!

It’s coming. It’s approaching fast. The 29th March is N-Day! Neighbour Day! It’s a good reason to introduce yourself over the fence, meet your neighbours, make some friends and help create safe and resilient communities.
Now in its twelfth year, this year’s Neighbour Day on Sunday 29 March is shaping up to be the biggest celebration yet. There are hundreds of events registered for Neighbour Day so far with close to 40,000 likely participants.
All over this great southern land, people like you and me, are working together with their neighbours, local councils, businesses, and community groups to organise a range of events like barbeques, street parties and morning teas, because they can, because they believe in their community.
Come on down to JJ Smith Park on Princess Street between 11am & 2pm on Sunday 29th March and meet more of your neighbours, have a sausage and enter our raffles!
