Do you have an issue with Hoon's or illegal vehicle activity in your area? While Neighbour Hood Watch can't influence what Police operations are happening in the area, we can help you get the information to the right areas.

To counter hooning, the police set up a dedicated Hoon Hotline in December 2010.

You can report hoons online or by calling the Hoon Hotline on 13HOON (13 4666). If possible you should tell the operator:

* what the vehicle is and looks like
* what hooning activity the vehicle was doing
* the registration plates
* the date, time and where the vehicle was.

This will help the police identify and stop the hoon. If you have an email address you can also report a hooning incident online.

We as a community are the eyes and ears on the ground for QPS - if you don't report it they won't know. If enough of the residents report key information the Police may have enough evidence to resolve the issue!!
